We believe in the saying – “Leave the world better than you found it”. At Team AVERERA, we are doing our bit to make the world a better place, through the platform of the Shell Eco-Marathon. We have been working towards transforming the electric mobility scene in India. Looking at the current scenario in India, more than 75% of electricity production takes place by burning fossil fuels, so the use of just an electric vehicle will not contribute to making India green as it will create the same amount of pollution as a normal I.C. engine car does. The best solution to this is to increase the efficiency of electric vehicles.

Keeping in mind the current need of automation for road safety, our team is also working towards developing a SAE level 3 autonomous electric vehicle to suit the Indian roads.
